Luke plays a critical role in ensuring the stability of day-to-day operations at LACORE™ Nutraceuticals, working to increase efficiency and apply improvements all while adhering to industry-leading quality standards. His collaborative nature is a perfect fit in bringing people together from across the company to swiftly solve problems.

In his free time, Luke enjoys spending time coaching baseball and football, mentoring his three boys along the way. When he’s not on the sidelines you can find Luke enjoying nice dinners with friends and family.

Chief Financial Officer

Mitch Sisemore, the Chief Financial Officer of LaCore Nutraceuticals, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a financial leader in our cutting-edge manufacturing facilities. With a strong foundation in engineering and an MBA, Mitch has shaped a multifaceted career that blends analytical, technical, and operational skills with a financial acumen honed over 25+ years. Mitch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University and earned a MBA from the University of Dallas.

Mitch has made significant contributions to LaCore Nutraceuticals. He has been instrumental in developing and optimizing business processes and documentation in order to foster an environment of operational excellence.

Mitch's life extends beyond the corporate world. He and his wife, whom he met during their time at Texas A&M, have shared 27 years of marriage. They are proud parents of a son and a daughter. Mitch is currently savoring the joys of an empty nest and enjoying quality time with his family.
